Anything at all — a bug, a purchase that will not restore, or just a hello. The answers below cover almost everything people write in about.

I bought the unlock and it is not there

Open Customise from the menu and tap Restore Purchase on the unlock screen. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with. The unlock is a one-time purchase tied to that account — reinstalling the game, or installing it on another device you own, restores it at no cost.

If the restore says no purchase was found and you are certain you paid, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.

The game is silent

There is a speaker button in the top right corner of the play screen. Check that, then check your device's silent switch and volume. Every sound in the game is generated as you play, so there is nothing to download and nothing that can fail to load.

My leaderboard scores are missing

Leaderboards need Game Center. Check Settings → Game Center on your device and make sure you are signed in. Only your best depth in a mode is submitted, and only when you beat it. Each dive has its own board, because a record set under different rules is a different record.

Declining Game Center costs you the boards and nothing else — the game plays exactly the same, and your bests are still saved on the device.

My best depth disappeared

Bests are stored on the device, not on a server, so deleting the app deletes them. They are also kept separately for each dive — if a number looks lower than you remember, check you are on the same dive you set it on.

Does the game work offline?

Yes, entirely. There is no server. Only the leaderboards and the purchase need a connection.

Is it suitable for children?

Yes. No violence, no chat, no ads, no data collection, and no way to spend money beyond the single optional unlock.
